Mark Pelofsky is a Senior Advisor and responsible for Innovation and Business Process Design at Strategic Marketing Sciences. Mr. Pelofsky completed his undergraduate degree and his MBA from Harvard University. He has been a consultant in private and public sectors, working with an impressive list of clients over the past 20 years. He is an expert in the area of customer loyalty, which is one of SMS’s strategic focuses.

Previously, Mr. Pelofsky served as an associate director of the Analysis Group, where he led consulting engagements in corporate innovation, product development process design, strategy, and customer service in a wide range of industries including retail, high technology, health care, and pharmaceuticals.
